Lori and I were residing on Bainbridge Island, WA and wanted to investigate a move to Hilton Head Island. We did some research and found Jeff; an accomplished realtor and architect. Armed with the incomplete information available on the internet we engaged with Jeff long distance. In the next several months we spoke regularly. 

In April of 2016, Jeff invested four days with us without the guarantee of a sale. We flew home with a half dozen homes that fit our needs. We then started our buying process in earnest. We trusted Jeff to such a degree that we did not return to HHI until we moved here. The negotiation, inspection, walk-though, and closing were all completed from three thousand miles away. It could not have gone any better.
